This is the best avocado sauce I’ve ever had in my entire life!
I’m trying not to exaggerate in the super Miami kind of way that we all know and love
I’ve had A LOT of avocado based sauces living here in South Florida and low and behold, the best one came from my kitchen.
Have you ever been really really excited when you cook something and it comes out amazing? Well, there is no wrong way to make this sauce. Don’t like japaleno? Kick it out. Want more garlic? You go vampire hunter! Best of all, this sauce only gets better with time.
I store all of my sauces in mason jars. This recipe makes about 2 cups of sauce and should be stored in the fridge for up to a week or when it starts to brown. It never lasts that long in my house so I need to make a new batch every week.
